Tournament Rules
General Rules
- Official PUBG: Mobile Rulebook
- Hosted by: Levelstair & CSSL Rotaract
- 1. Introduction
- 1.1. This tournament is organized and operated by Levelstair.
- 1.2. All matches will be played on PUBG Mobile using custom rooms.
- 1.3. By participating, all players agree to follow this rulebook and any decisions made by Levelstair officials.
- 1.4. Levelstair reserves the right to update or modify rules to ensure fair competition.
- 2. Player Eligibility
- 2.1. All participants must use their own PUBG Mobile accounts.
- 2.2. Player accounts must be Level 30 or higher. Newly created accounts are not allowed.
- 2.3. Each player can only represent one team during the tournament.
- 2.4. Account sharing or multi-account participation is strictly prohibited.
- 2.5. Players must compete using mobile devices only (Android/iOS).
- 3. Devices & Equipment
- 3.1. Matches are strictly limited to mobile platforms. Emulators are not allowed.
- 3.2. Players must use their own devices. Tablets and similar large-screen devices are not permitted.
- 3.3. Allowed: Headsets, Charging cables, Power banks
- 3.4. Prohibited: Bluetooth or wired controllers, Mouse and keyboard setups, Any external attachments that modify gameplay
- 3.5. Devices must not include: Jailbroken/rooted systems, Unauthorized overlays or software
- 4. Team Structure
- 4.1. Each team must consist of 4 players.
- 4.2. Teams may register 1 substitute player.
- 4.3. Substitutions must be declared before the match begins.
- 4.4. No substitutions are allowed once a match has started.
- 5. Tournament Format
- 5.1. All matches will be conducted via custom lobbies.
- 5.2. Group Stage
- 5.2.1. If 24 or more teams register: Teams will be divided into balanced groups. Group count will depend on total registrations.
- 5.2.2. If 23 or fewer teams register: All teams will compete in a single group. Top 16 teams advance to finals.
- 5.2.3. If exactly 16 teams register: Tournament proceeds directly to finals.
- 5.3. Seeding Method: Teams will be distributed evenly across groups in sequential order.
- 5.4. Finals
- 5.4.1. The final stage will consist of 16 teams only.
- 5.4.2. Teams will be selected evenly from all groups.
- 5.4.3. Semi-Finalist and Finalist teams are invited to the physical venue.
- 6. TDM Match Settings
- 6.1. Map: Warehouse / TDM Maps decided by organizers.
- 6.2. Gameplay Setting: Slide is OFF.
- 6.3. Equipment: Level 2 vest and helmet only.
- 6.4. Grenades are allowed.
- 6.5. Allowed Weapons: AR (M416, AKM, SCAR-L), SMG (UZI, Vector, UMP45), Shotgun (S12K, S686), Sniper (Kar98k, M24).
- 6.6. Players are allowed to switch between TPP and FPP.
- 7. TDM Match Rules
- 7.1. Group Stage Format
- 7.1.1. Matches will be played in a Best-of-3 (Bo3) format.
- 7.1.2. The top-performing teams from each group will advance to the finals.
- 7.2. Finals Format
- 7.2.1. The finals will consist of matches played in a Best-of-3 or Best-of-5 format, depending on the schedule.
- 7.3. General Gameplay Rules
- 7.3.1. Each TDM match is a 4v4 battle.
- 7.3.2. Intentional quitting, griefing, or sabotage is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or disqualification.
- 8. Schedule & Attendance
- 8.1. Teams must be present at the scheduled match time.
- 8.2. Late arrivals may result in loss of match or disqualification.
- 8.3. No roster changes are allowed after group allocation.
- 8.4. Teams must join custom rooms before the specified deadline.
- 9. Scoring System
- 9.1. The first team to reach 40 kills wins the round.
- 9.2. A match win is determined by winning the majority of rounds in the series (e.g., 2 out of 3).
- 9.3. No placement points are awarded in TDM format.
- 10. Fair Play & Violations
- 10.1. No unfair play, including the use of glitches, hacks, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
- 10.2. Strictly Prohibited: Hacking or cheating, Use of scripts or macros.
- 10.3. Impersonation: Account sharing or impersonation will result in disqualification.
- 10.4. Collusion: Teaming with opponents, Pre-planned movements, or communication with enemy teams are strictly forbidden.
- 11. Match Interruptions
- 11.1. Pauses: No pauses will be allowed during matches.
- 11.2. Disconnects: Players may reconnect if disconnected. Matches will continue without interruption.
- 11.3. Technical Issues: Online events: Technical issues will not be considered.
- 12. Penalties
- 12.1. Violations may result in: Warnings, Point deductions, Match forfeiture, Disqualification
- 12.2. Severe violations will result in immediate disqualification.
- 12.3. All decisions made by Levelstair officials are final.
- 13. Code of Conduct
- 13.1. Players must behave respectfully at all times.
- 13.2. Toxic behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.
- 13.3. Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to penalties.
- 14. Final Authority
- 14.1. Levelstair officials reserve full authority over all rulings.
- 14.2. Any scenario not covered in this document will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers.
